A new trip - Ego and Entertainment

It's a little bit of ego but there are a few readers who have egged me on so... with a new trip planned for this summer - a circumnavigation of Mount Blanc, it is time to start a new blog! I had a lot of fun with last year's recording of the Coast to Coast hike and have decided to see if I can record this year's trip the same way. I will try to record some adventures in training as I realized after I filled out the application that while I could show basic competency in 1)multi-day hikes; 2)hikes at elevation; 2)serious ascents and descents, I have never really tried to do all three at once!
